I have multiple issues with my smartphone, can I get a deal on multiple repairs?

Yes you can, give us a call and describe your problem and we will see what we could do for you.

Mail in Repair Questions

Can I mail in any device for repair?

You can mail-in anything listed on our site. If you have any questions or your device is not listed please call and our technicians will assist you.

What should I include when I am shipping my device to you?

We only need the device and mail in form.  Please do not include any accessories such as charging cables, blocks, or cases.

Do I have to include my passcode with my phone?

It’s recommenced that you either remove the passcode or include it on your mail in form.  For us to properly test the device’s screen, camera, headset speaker, Siri microphone, and other components we need to be able to access the apps that control them.  Apps like Phone and Camera are important to ensure we return your device in perfect working order.

Do you need my SIM card?

Nope, we’ve got you covered.

Liquid Damage Service

What should I do if my device falls in water or another liquid?

Do not turn on your device. It’s best to bring it the same day or next day if you can’t make it durning normal business hours., The sooner you bring the device in, the more likely we can save it.  Of course if you can’t make it to one of our locations, try to dry it out, then bring or mail your device to one of our locations.

My device was water damaged and now everything seems to work fine except for one function, do I still need the full water damage service?

Yes, water damage is not always immediately apparent.  Over time internal components may corrode which can lead more problems in the future.  Eventually the device will fail if not properly dried and cleaned although it is hard to determine how long before it reaches that point.

How long do water damage repairs take to complete?

Water damage repairs generally take about 24 hours to complete depending on the level of damage. This estimate can vary, however, depending on the extent of the damage to the logic board and other components.

Screen Replacement Service

After dropping my phone it has become unresponsive to touch, does a screen replacement fix this issue?

Yes, the part responsible for determining where you press is called the Digitizer and it’s a component that’s built in on all screen replacements.
